From Habanera Bizet to hits by Celine Dion: RT GBKZ the concert "A Man and A Woman"

March 4, 2016m   the  RT  S. Saidash   State Grand Concert (GBKZ)   hosts  a concert of the State Chamber Choir of the Republic of Tatarstan  under the direction of  Milyausha Tamindarovoy "A Man and A Woman." The program,  completing  a cycle "Horovoy(Choral) crossover", presents  audience  both  classics (arias and choruses from operas and operettas, works by Russian and foreign composers) as well as folk songs and soundtracks from movies, united by the theme of relationships between  man and woman. Participants of the concert   Honored Artist of Tatarstan Alsu Baryshnikova  and a winner of international competitions Andrey Rudenko (piano). Start  the evening at 18.30.

The course of  the  concert  is a kind of musical  dialogue   between  Man and Woman through the ages - a kind of juxtaposition of   the  two worlds,  two parallel universes, that attract each other with their polarity. The musical "response" to the Duke of Mantua frivolous song from the opera "Rigoletto" by Verdi will be a  passionate Habanera from "Carmen" by Bizet, a hedonistic position of hero of the  song Tomsky  from "The Queen of Spades" by P. Tchaikovsky   sets  off a soulful aria of Lauretta from the opera "Gianni Schicchi"  by  J. Puccini, a lyrical ballad   by Celine Dion «I knew I loved you» from the film "Once in America "(E.Morrikone) will complement the song “Ya sprosil u yasenya” from the cult   “Irony of fate” (M.Tariverdiev ). The works  to be  performed by artists of the choir, soloists - Xenia Romanova, Denis Khan Baba, Rushan Shaybekov, Alexander Mokhnacheva and others.

State Chamber Choir of the Republic of Tatarstan was founded in 2007. Artistic director and conductor - Honoured Art Worker of the Republic of Tatarstan Milyausha Tamindarova. The team has participated in many Russian and international festivals, among them: "Neva choral assemblies" Easter Festival of  Valery Gergiev, "The Creation  of peace", the International Opera Festival named after  F.Shaliapin,  International Festival "Music of faith",  the VII of the International Festival of Organ music (Perm, Russia) and others.

In  2015/2016 concert season on stage   RT GBKZ  State Chamber Choir will present a concert series "Choral crossover», the foundation of which was a mixture of different styles and genres (music, literature, music and movies, etc.).
