Today opening of the First festival of Tatar music named after Nazib Zhiganov "Miras" to take place

Today, February 3, at 18:30,  the First festival of Tatar music named  after  Nazib Zhiganov "Miras" is to open.

The festival will take place from  February 3 to 8.

Founder and artistic director of the festival - Alexander Sladkovsky, artistic director and chief conductor of the State Symphony Orchestra of Tatarstan.

A musical forum, named after the outstanding Tatar composer of XX century Nazib Zhiganov will present a rich musical heritage of academic Tatarstan - works by composers - classics and composers - contemporaries imbued with a unique national flavor.

At 17:30 -  a press conference on the opening of the festival is held, and  presentation of the  book about the orchestra, which    Alexander Sladkovsky,  Vadim Dulat-Aleev Elena, Cheremnykh will take part in.
