Visiting seminar in Laishevo

Visiting seminar on countering extremism and terrorism has been carried out by specialists of the Institute of additional professional education for specialists and heads of institutions of social and cultural sphere in Laishevo rayon of Tatarstan.

More than 70 leaders and experts of cultural and leisure facilities of the Laishevo rayon participated in the seminar "Cultural Institutions in the system of countering terrorism and extremism." This form of training is being successfully implemented by the Institute, and involves going teachers to the areas that allow workers of  the social and cultural sphere of the republic, to gain knowledge on the basis of rayon cultural centers.

As part of this educational program, listeners gained knowledge about extremist threats of modern Russia, the legal provision and organization of counteraction to extremism in our country, as well as guidelines for the prevention and counteraction to the practical manifestations of extremism and terrorism.

Each listener received a document on short-term training of the established sample and methodical literature, which can be used in the daily work reports IDPO administration.
