The Ministry held a Board of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan "On state and prospects of development of museums in the Republic of Tatarstan"

September 10, 2015, Board of the RT Ministry of Culture took place themed   "On state and prospects of development of museums in the Republic of Tatarstan" with the participation of representatives of relevant ministries and departments of the museum community and local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The work of the board was also attended by Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation Mikhail A. Bryzgalov.

The board heard reports on  problems and prospects of museums of the Republic of Tatarstan, showed  the results of work on creation of the Register of museums in the Republic of Tatarstan.

As a result of the Board,  a  draft decision of the board has been prepared  where the Executive Committee of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan are given the following recommendations:

- For  two months to harmonize the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan statutory documents of municipal museums of the republic (Deadline: until 15 December 2015.);

- To speed up work on introducing objects into the electronic catalog, for  deputy heads of the executive committees of the municipal regions to take personal control of the process (term until 15 December 2015.);

- Prepare and submit to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation draft tripartite agreement on  transfer for free use  museum objects and museum collections, belonging to the state part of the Museum Fund and non-federal property (term  until January 1, 2016.);

- To form a task for the municipal museums taking into account indices  of the "Road Map".
