Kazan will host the first Republican festival of ethnic and confessional "Mosaic of Cultures"

August 29, 2015,   Kazan will host the first Republican festival of ethnic and confessional "Mosaic of Cultures." The event is dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The aim of the festival is to familiarize the participants with a rich cultural palette of the multinational people of Tatarstan, cultural component of peacefully coexisting o confession  in the republic .

During the festival will run interactive platforms, workshops, an exhibition of folk art, the exhibition of national cultures and traditions of the national-cultural autonomies of the Assembly of Peoples of Tatarstan.

It is planned to hold an exposition of the exhibition "Religion, as a part of the culture", which includes  presentation and photo exhibition, works by  Russian painting conservators, exhibition and sale of books on the Orthodox, Islamic and other religious cultures.

On the Kremlin Embankment will be  held  master classes on calligraphy, art forging, gold embroidery.

Hours-long concert program with participation of professional and amateur groups, performances of representatives of traditional religions will be accompanied by an  interesting  cognitive information.
