Kazan Film Festival is looking for a way to "wake up" the local cinema

Continuing the theme "Through the dialogue of cultures to the culture of dialogue», the  XI Kazan Film Festival expands the scope of its objectives: In addition to showing high-quality intelligent cinema from around the world, in addition to promote the ideals of kindness, equality and justice, the festival today, aims to maintain and strengthen the film industry in Tatarstan . The innovation at  XI  KIFF will be   Education Forum and the laboratory 'Time of  cinema  "in which young filmmakers will be able in theory and practice to get acquainted with different aspects of the profession.

"Time  of  cinema " will start its work on September 5. It is organized by the  RT Ministry of  Culture, XI Kazan International Muslim Film Festival with the support of the School of auteur cinema Alexey Barykin. Classes will be held in the cinema "Mir" (Dostoyevsky 30). Participants of the forum will be able to become all willing   - future directors, actors, producers, cameramen, artists, journalists, and people of all ages and professions, interested in cinema.
