Russian event organizers and their clients will gather at the IT Park for an informal congress

September 28,   IT Park in partnership with the National Association of organizers of events and company EVENTMAKER   holds  an informal congress of workers and consumers of event-industry "Eventris". The event of this format held in Tatarstan for the first time and promises to become a traditional  one.

The objective of the Congress - to act as a vehicle  of current knowledge, and  to make the market of events   organizing  transparent, civilized and modern.

On the day of «Eventris» IT park will be divided into several thematic zones:

Innovation Showcase

Leading companies, developers of technologies for event-industry from all over Russia will present their developments in the foyer of the IT park. There will also be stands of  inventors, those who have something to boast of, and how to attract customers. Among the exhibits, surely   there will  be  something or someone who  bring your business to the next level!

LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS

They will delivered  by  key companies of the Russian event-industry, ready to share the secrets in various fields. The organizers questioned  the players  of  Tatarstan event-market, they are glad to see someone as mentors and invited them to Kazan. Performances from companies Naomi IntelSport, Brand Garden are announced.

TALK SHOW

They will be devoted to the hottest issues of the relationship "customer-contractor". First on stage will representatives of  customers of   the largest events, then they will be replaced by those who are conducting these activities. Frank dialogue will enable on the other hand   to look at  many issues  and concerns.

The final party Art-session - something without which one can not do   at  any good meeting  of  creative people. Who knows how to relax and have fun better than those for whom the holiday is a profession? Participants of the congress will combine business with pleasure: on the summer porch  of  Art Coffee  the selected  items  from the arsenal of Tatarstan inventors will be presented.
