For the first time in Kazan: "Festival of Song" - a new format as of "Khor Turetzkogo"

August 28, on the eve of the Day of the city of Kazan and the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan on the stage under the open sky at the stadium "Kazan Arena"  a large-scale cultural and entertainment event "Festival of  Song" as part of the 25th anniversary of the famous band "Khor Turetzkogo"  will take place.

The project will be implemented  with  support of the Acting President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The author of the musical project is People's Artist of Russia, founder and director of the popular art group "Khor  Turetzkogo" - Mikhail Turetzky. According to him, the event - a new format of live performance, which along with the chorus favorite songs of several generations will sing tens of thousands of people, becoming a full participant in the holiday.

"Our main objective -  promotion of musical heritage and the best songs of the homeland, as well as their popularization among young people. The concert hall is not always able to accommodate all who want to get to our concert, and not everyone can afford to buy  the tickets. Therefore, as part of  our collective’s  anniversary, we decided to organize  Festival of Song  in the country. These concerts will take place in the open air on the central square and in the iconic places in Russia. Free admission. Come on - be a part of the whole! The festive atmosphere is guaranteed, "-  Mikhail  said.

We  note  that a large-scale project will be held in Kazan, with the support of the State Corporation "Rostekh",  Kazan City Hall and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.
