Applications for participation in the festival "Golden Saffron"

The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan  from  August 5 to  20,  this year selects a documentary film on the subject of "Cultural heritage and its preservation" to participate in the 16th International Festival - Competition of documentary films "Golden Saffron", which will be held from October  09 to 11  in a city  Safranbolu (Turkey). Participation of documentary filmmaker (author of the film) will be provided by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the cost of staying at the festival takes  the receiving side. The representative, whose film will be selected to participate in the festival - competition pays for maintenance of the film by Turkish subtitles and preparing the necessary documents.
