The very constructive dialogue, aimed by organizers and the participants themselves - took place. Famous theater theorists and practitioners from Germany, Sweden, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia tried to figure out which way the theater will be developed: the East or the West, how the events of critical period affect the Theatre, and what is a "The Theater of The Future."
The idea of the conference belongs to the artistic director of the festival "Nauruz", chief director of Kamal theatre Farid Bikchantaev, and a leading expert on theater, pedagogics, professor, head of the European Association of theatrical culture and the International Theater Center AKT-ZENT Yuri Alshits. They acted as moderators.

The guest from Iran - doctor, professor, researcher of Dramatic Arts, the director of one of the world's largest International Iranian theater festival "Fajr" Ardeshir Salekhpur urged those present should not forget the tradition of their people. "Everyone now sticks to a new theater, the European avant-garde. We have done a lot to turn Iranian theatre into a modern one, and because of this, much has been lost.
