Pearls of Russian and Tatar music sounded in London

Yesterday, April 1, in London  at the  world famous concert hall Royal Festival Hall (Royal Festival Hall) with a capacity of 3500 people  a symphony concert of the "Pearls of Russian and Tatar music    sounded." Concert organizers - the Ministry of Culture, the Union of Composers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Universal Music  Arts & Entertainment Limited (England). The concert was supported by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The project "Pearls of Russian and Tatar music" has existed since 2009. During the existence of the project for the first time music   by composers of Tatarstan sounded in the best halls in Berlin, Leipzig, Stockholm, Jerusalem, Rome, Florence, Barcelona.

The concert program consists of works by Tatar composers - Overture "Nafisa"  by  Nazib Zhiganov, "Ballad" from the ballet "Shurale"    by Farid Yarullin, "Symphonic fresco" by  Rashid Kalimullin, a symphonic poem "Monlam sazym"  by  Rezeda Akhiyarova.   Also,  the concert included symphonic and vocal works by Rakhmaninov, which  soloist a rising star of opera, a soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre, a laureate of international competitions Venera  Gimadieva (Moscow) performed.

 An outstanding performer of  works   the  ROYAL PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA (Royal Philharmonic Orchestra) has performed. The conductor was  an  internationally known  conductor Gerasim Voronkov (Spain), according to the    RT Union of Composers of the RT
