Days of Culture of Tatarstan in Ingushetia

From April 1 to 3  the Republic of Ingushetia  hosts   Days of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. Under the project, the residents of the North Caucasus republics can become better acquainted with the culture of the Tatar people, its unique customs and traditions, historical, cultural and artistic heritage.

In the framework of the Days of Culture of Tatarstan on April 2 in the city of Nazran  opens a  street of the First President of the Republic of Tatarstan,  State Advisor Mintimer Shaimiev. As the representatives of the Ministry of Culture of Ingushetia informed,  the idea to assign   one of the streets of the city   the name of Mintimer  Shaimiev was originally suggested the mayor of Nazran Alikhan Tumgoev,  and further supported by the head of the republic, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov. Ingush public appreciates the merits of  Mintimer Shaimiev in strengthening the friendship between the fraternal peoples of the two republics  and long-term political and social activities. We remind  in 2007 Mintimer Shaimiev was awarded the highest award of Ingushetia - the Order "For Merit".

The same evening, at the Palace of Culture  of  Nazran  a big concert of the RT is expected. On stage  artists will perform  of the State Song and Dance Ensemble of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian folk ensemble "Soothsayer", accordionist, Rinat Valeev, singer Rigina Valieva et al.

Days program also includes a screening of documentary and feature films production of Tatarstan,  holding  an exhibition of items of  handicrafts of  arts and crafts and souvenirs with the participation of Tatarstan masters creative meeting of workers of culture and scientific intelligentsia between  Tatarstan and Ingushetia, a roundtable discussion on "Preservation of tangible and intangible cultural heritage.

One of the important events of the Days of Culture will be an  official meeting of the Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on culture, science, education and national issues, national poet of Tatarstan Razil Valeyev, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nigmatullina with the Head of the Republic of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov and the Minister of Culture Republic of Ingushetia Maret Gazdiev.
