The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan has awarded commemorative medals «XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan" to managers of cultural institutions and artists of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Commemorative medals were handed by Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin.
