Closure of the Christmas week of Orthodox cinema to be held at the Mir cinema

January 20, at the Mir cinema, the closure of the Orthodox Christmas week cinema is to take place. On the final day of Film Week the film by Akim Salbiev "Eleven letters to God   will be presented   to the audience.

We remind that Christmas week of Orthodox cinema in Kazan began Jan. 14, by showing of the film "Hidden shrine." Over Film Week audiences cinema «Mir» saw documentaries, films and cartoons. Among them – «Alexander», «Yaroslav. A thousand years ago», «Bell», «Relight and Oslyabya», «My Choice», "Your Cross "," Blessed ". The audience was presented with a picture of the Kazan director Alexei Barykin – «Archimandrite Sergius» and «Zastupnitza (Mediatrix)».

The project was organized by leader of the Orthodox School of Kazan, acting under the Kazan Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) with the blessing of Metropolitan of Kazan and Tatarstan Anastasi, state budgetary institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan «Tatarkino» and the cinema "Mir".
