The National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of the decade of persons with disabilities to hold free sightseeing tours to the expositions of the museum, museum classes

The UN General Assembly in 1992, at the 47th session, by a special resolution proclaimed December 3 as the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Now, the society is increasingly paying attention to the problems of this category of people. Visitors with disabilities, equally will take part in the activities of the Year of Culture in our country.

The National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan for the whole year, people with disabilities could visit the museum for free, but in early December, the RT National Museum works primarily for them, trying to take into account all the wishes of visitors of this category.

From December 1 to 10, 2014, the National Museum of the Republic of Tatartsan within ten days of the disabled is going to hold free sightseeing tours to expositions of the museum, museum lessons, meetings with interesting people, a concert of art song, the performance of the Tatar choir of veterans visiting the museum classes on special charity program.

In the Laishevski orphanage and boarding school for blind and visually impaired children are scheduled.

Charitable programs - a constant practice by the RT National Museum, and every year their coverage is becoming wider. The event is attended by pupils of special schools, boarding schools, public organizations of persons with disabilities and veterans, regional t centers of social protection of Kazan and Tatarstan.
