Club "Red Daisy", which works at the Musa Jalil Museum-apartment holds a regular meeting

The Club "Red Daisy", which works at the   Musa Jalil  Museum-apartment,    on October 17, at 14.00, holds a regular meeting.

Within the meeting a presentation of a new collection of poems by Musa Jalil "Favorites" in both official languages of the Republic of Tatarstan is included. The book has been published in 2014, at the Tatar book publishing. Compiled and edited by a laureate of the Musa Jalil Republican Award Lenar Shaehov.

This book presents the best examples of poetic creativity of the great Tatar poet, Hero of the Soviet Union, a laureate of the Lenin Prize Musa Jalil. The book differs from previously published collections of the poet. Firstly, it is in the Tatar and Russian languages. Secondly, the pre-war work and frontline poems of the poet given in the chosen form, and "Moabit Notebook" - completely. At the same time, along with well-known translations, the book contains  new translations. Among translators of Musa Jalil poems - Ilya Frenkel, Semyon Lipkin, Mikhail Lvov, Anna Akhmatova, Andrei Tarkovsky, V.Ganieva and others. This book also includes translations by the poet and translator Nail Ishmukhametov.

The meeting will be attended by the director of the club Tatar book publisher Damir Shakirov, chief editor and compiler of the book Lenar Shaekhov, head of the magazine "Idel" poet Nail Ishmukhametov. The actor of Tatar Academic Theatre Rishat Akhmadullina features poems by Musa Jalil, the press service of RT NM.
