Kazan will host the First International Music Festival "Turkic world"

From   October3 to 5,  2014,  the first international music festival "The Turkic world"  will be held in Kazan.  The festival organizers – the  RT  Ministry of Culture and the Union of Composers of Tatarstan.

The Festival "Turkic world" dedicated to two significant events - the 75th anniversary of the Union of Composers of Tatarstan and the 20th anniversary of TURKSOY. Composers and musicians from Azerbaijan, Bashkortostan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia   take part in the festival.

Holding Festival of Turkic music   in Kazan  will promote unity, strengthen the centuries-old spiritual foundations of the Turkic world and become part of the global response to the further unification of the Turkic peoples and states.
