Delegation of Institute of continuing professional education,  specialists of professional social - cultural spheres and art  participated in the International Cultural Forum "Culture and investment - the regional dimension"  held on September 11-12 in Ulyanovsk.

Significant all- Russian meeting has long been traditional and was  held for the fourth time.

The Forum program - presentations, reports, lectures, discussion forums, sessions, united by the theme of regional cultural policy.

The business part was also very extensive - has included numerous discussions, meetings and presentations. The main subject of discussion - how to turn cultural policy in a sustainable resource for  development of a territory.

To discuss how to successfully invest in cultural projects have gathered more than a thousand participants from different regions of Russia, Europe and China. Among the guests of the festival, it is worth  noting   head of the Office of the Council of Europe program in the Russian Federation Peter Zikha, Programme Specialist for Culture, bureau of  UNESCO  in Moscow Liubavas Moreva, a member of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture Gennady Savinov, cultural studies, film expert, Doctor of Arts, Professor Cinematography, President ANO development studies and projects in the field of culture and art "New Institute for Cultural Research," Kyril Razlogov, Ph.D., professor of Cinematography Andrey Andreev.

Leadership of EITI held a series of meetings with the leadership of the Ministry of Culture of the Ulyanovsk region and heads of regional cultural institutions and professional schools. An agreement  has been reached  on e mutual exchange of experts and professionals retraining for  number of cultural workers of the Ulyanovsk region on the basis of Institute of continuing professional education for specialists   in social and cultural spheres.
