From September 22 to 24, on the scene of the Kazan Youth Theatre Ryazan State regional theater for children and youth is on tour .
Most of the productions by the Ryazan State Regional Theatre for Children and Youth is focused on adolescents. The repertoire of the tour includes performances for primary school children, plays for middle school age and performances for seniors and youth. Performances touch the issues of good, love, friendship and mutual aid.
Kazan citizens and visitors to the city will be presented five performances.
For viewers over the age of twelve, the guests from Ryazan bring performances of "Province Romance" (from a story by Anton Chekhov "Ionich"), "Night Before Christmas" by Nikolai Gogol (comedy) and " Thirteenth Star" by V.Olshansky (melodrama). Younger audiences are waiting for a fairy tale, "Three Wishes of Morozko(Frost)" by Igor Tsunsky, "Princess - Frog" by Mikhail Volpin.
Ryazan State Regional Theatre for Children and Youth (Theatre at the Cathedral) was opened December 14, 1937. Educational objectives of repertoire policy are based on the principle: "In our shows the power of love and friendship should always triumph over deceit and cruelty." Theatre is a member of various theater festivals: "Tzar – Skazka " (Veliky Novgorod), "Real Theatre" (Ekaterinburg), "Theatre of childhood and adolescence - XXI Century" (Voronezh), "Harlequin" (St. Petersburg), "School of Contemporary Theatre "(Nizhny Novgorod)," Fairy Tales "(Moscow) and others. In July, 2012, artistic director of the theater became Marina V. Esenina.
These days, Kazan Theatre for Young People will be touring in Ryazan and show six performances: "A Taste of Honey"by Sh.Dileni, "Hello, I'm Your Aunt!" by B. Thomas, "Wedding with General" by Anton Chekhov; "The Magic Fair" by M.Bartenev, A.Usachev; "Tale of the turnip" by E.Kazantsev and "Bee Nechkebil" by A. Gadel.
