Creative association "ART-PLUS" holds a seminars for managers and professionals in the field of culture and art.

Taking into account the new trends in the field of culture, as well as numerous suggestions, heads of regional and local government agencies, a plan of seminars has been prepared, training courses, on-site workshops on the second half of 2014.
