Devrient Erbil - an iconic figure in contemporary art in Turkey. It maintains and develops the tradition of abstract painting. In his paintings, the artist embodies the idea of ​​the dynamism of modern life : it is a flock of birds , resembling waves, clouds whimsical silhouettes. In the work of Irbil all finds material form .

Devrient Erbil born in 1937 in Usak (Turkey) . He studied at the State Academy of Arts , which is today the name of the University of Arts. architect Sinan in the Faculty of Fine Arts (graduated in 1959 ) . The first exhibition opened in the Turkish- American center still studying at high school.
