Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired Youth participated in the online conference "Together we make the world accessible"

April 29, youth  online conference "Together we make the world accessible" was organized by the Union of Russia  volunteers  and the All-Russian Society for the Blind.

The conference was attended by representatives of the two friendly organizations of Moscow and regional offices of Chuvashia, Mordovia, Tatarstan, Omsk, Volgograd, Kursk and other regions.

On the basis of the Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired in a  mode of direct dialogue   Tatarstan was  presented   by chairman of  Tatar regional organization ARSB  Vladimir Fedorin, director of the Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired Nail Safargaleev, chairman of the youth organization of the ARSB  Evgeny Kazantsev , the leader of Tatarstan organization " Russian Union of Volunteers " Karina Mazilova . Head of Department of organizational- methodological and bibliographic activities Gelusya Zakirova and activists of the youth organization of  ARSB.

The Conference was opened by a member of the Presidential Council on Human Rights and Civil Society Development, Chairman of the Coordination Council of the "Union of Russian volunteers " Iana Lantratova. The UVR leader told a little about the projects  being  embodied  by  the volunteers in the  interaction with the ARSB.

Deputy Head of the Youth KSRK ARSB  Vasily Drozhzhin noted the importance of cooperation between the two organizations, the main purpose of which is the formation of a tolerant attitude towards people with disabilities .

By the results  of the  conference,  the Declaration  has been signed  on Cooperation between the All-Russian Society for the Blind and the "Union of Russian volunteers."
