Greeting by Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Sibagatullin on the occasion of Pesah

I heartily congratulate the Jewish community of the Republic of Tatarstan   on  Passover holiday!

Celebration, symbolizing the beginning of a new way and finding freedom turns to universal values, reminiscent of fortitude, love for others and responsibility for their fate.

The Jewish community of Tatarstan does much to preserve cultural diversity and increase the traditions of friendship in our country, contributing to the strengthening of civil peace and  successful development of a multiethnic and multifaith Tatarstan.

It has  become a good tradition with us  to celebrate holidays of different peoples,  living in the republic. Originality and richness of cultures - a solid foundation for communication, development and cooperation, to combine all the best that has been created by people over the centuries.
