Special care of orchestra  management – charity  orientation  of   concert projects, their availability. And such  should be a concert in Kazan, which will invites students from orphanages and boarding schools, children with disabilities, children from low-income families and the nearby towns of Kazan.

Concert organizers   have  prepared for Kazan public  a program, which  along with the mainstream   adds  a new theme - the musical "dialogue" of  cultures of the two cities - Moscow , as the capital of Russia and Kazan, as the capital of the Turkic world, a place where there is a unique merging of national traditions of East and West, Europe and Asia. Selection of works for the concert - an attempt to look at this "dialogue" of the past and present and to supplement it with small "Intermezzo " from the works of European composers , where also are  heard   "the  echoes " of musical traditions of different peoples.

The concert, along with real " jewels " from the treasury of Russian and foreign classics - works by Glinka, Mussorgsky, Borodin, Tchaikovsky , Bizet - sound  also  music  of  composers from  Tatarstan - classical and contemporary works. Special concert intrigue - premiere of the famous Tatar composer and performer Radik Salimov, who himself  being an organizer and participant in numerous charitable,  social and cultural projects in the country with great interest  supported the project,  enthusiastically responded to the proposal  of organizers to  write music specifically for the concert in Kazan.

We emphasize that for the  both conductors,  this concert  is even a tribute of respect  to the memory of their Teacher , the outstanding Russian conductor maestro Fuat Mansurov,   who for   many years  guided the  RT SSO. " Fuat Shakirovich became my lodestar. I  learned a lot from him. After talking with him, I began to look differently at all - life, music,  art "- admitted  V. Valitov   in one of the  interviews.
