Artists of Ekiyat theatre took part in the II Baku International Festival of Puppet Theatres

Artists of Ekiyat theatre took part in the II Baku International Puppet Festival  held in the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Tatar troupe of 8 people  went  to  Baku  with a play  Kezhya belyan Saryk  (Goat and Sheep) based on the tale  by G. Tukai, dramatization by Garai Rahim, directed by Honoured Artist of Russia and Tatarstan Ildus Zinnurov. In opinion of the artists, audience liked the  production and enjoyed great popularity.

Among the participants of the II Baku International Festival of Puppet Theaters - theatrical companies from Azerbaijan, Italy, Great Britain, Hungary, Croatia, Turkey, Switzerland, Japan, Georgia, Tatarstan and others.

Artists returned home  from the festival,  having received a diploma from the organizers, the press service of the theater informs.
