Today, October 25,  Kazan (Volga) Federal University hosts international scientific and practical conference" The art world  of Chingiz Aitmatov in the context of the interaction of cultures", dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the famous writer , statesman and public figure Chingiz Aitmatov. Conference is  held by the Institute of Philology and Arts Kazan Federal University and the Institute of World Literature after M.  Gorky, Russian Academy of Science, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan , the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan , the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic , the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
