The second phase of zonal ethno-cultural festival «Our Home – Tatarstan» keeps going

October 22,  at the House of Friendship of Peoples of Republic of Tatarstan   the second phase of the Kazan zone of ethno-cultural festival «Our Home – Tatarstan» took place.

Rules and regulations have no age limit, young talents and teams with a big  creative  history come to the stage.

Creative presentations could be  made in four genres: vocal, dance, artistic expression, and folklore. The last category - it is a little  theatrical  item with  folk dances, songs and musical instruments. «We represented the Virgin Day. In late autumn, when the harvest ends,  all the work is  done,  the parties,  weddings,  dances  begin» - says  one of the members of the group «Koschakovsky souvenir» from  the  Pestrechinsky region.

«Everything  is ranked: the ability to stand on the stage, and plasticity, acting and vocal abilities. A big role plays the image of the artists, their costumes», - stressed the representatives of the jury .

Competition «Our Home – Tatarstan» has a long history. The value of the competition is that it  became a republican festival, says the director of the House of Friendship of Peoples of  Republic of Tatarstan Irek Sharipov.

The best numbers of the festival will be presented at a gala concert on November 4th at the State Drama Theatre named after K. Tinchurin.
