August 23, at the Consulate General of Islamic Republic Iran in Kazan, a meeting of the Consul General of IR Iran in Kazan with Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Culture took place

August 23, 2013,  at the Consulate General IR Iran in Kazan, a meeting of the Consul General of IR Iran in Kazan Rasul Bagernezhad Shayan  with Tatarstan  Deputy Minister of Culture  Guzel Nigmatullina   took place. The meeting was attended  by  Parviz Ghasemi, stepped down from the office  attaché   and new  Cultural Attaché of the Consulate General of  IR Iran in Kazan Seyed Abdolmadzhid Shafaei.

Guzel Nigmatullina on behalf of the Minister of Culture Airat Sibagatullin handed Parviz Ghasemi "Letter of gratitude for the fruitful joint work aimed at the development of cultural cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran."

The sides expressed hope for further development of cooperation in the field of culture and art.

During his stay Parviz Ghasemi as Cultural Attaché (2010 to 2013). together with the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan  held  large number of activities    that  promoted   progressing  and strengthening of cooperation in the field of art and culture between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Islamic Republic of Iran. 4. March, 2012,  holding  of  Novruz holiday with participation of  music ensemble "Golbang" in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny;

5. May, 2012,  presentation of the selected works   by G. Tukai "A familiar voice from a  familiar land", published in the Persian language in 2012;

6. August, 2012,   exhibition "The Quran - in the mirror of art of Iran";7. October, 2012,  Working visit of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan  headed by RT   Deputy Minister of Culture  Guzel Nigmatullina  to  IR Iran;

8. February, 2013,   participation of filmmakers from RT in  the 32nd International Film Festival "Fajr" in the IR of Iran;

9. February, 2013,  holding  of Novruz holiday with participation of  the music ensemble "Khannane" in Kazan and Zelenodol'sk.

10. May,  2013,  participation of the Republic of Tajikistan, led by Raziel Valeev at the International Book Fair in Tehran,  IR Iran.
