Holy Trinity festive took place in Verkhneuslon region

Holy Trinity festive  took place in a village Matyushino Verkhneuslon region.

This year,  the collectives  named  «Obereg», «Kolyada», «Kupava», «Lad», «Ne lyubo, ne slushai», «Zabytuye melodiye» took part in  a  Trinity holyday

The sale-exhibition of items of folk applied art was held. The celebrations were finished by round dance, games and songs on central meadow.

For more  200 years, a festive of Holy Trinity is being held in a village Matyushino Verkhneuslon region.  Original rites and songs is different form celebrating in other settlements.

The festive participants decorate  birch trees with  atlas multi-color ribbons, sing traditional songs of Matyushino village. By tradition, birch tree twigs are broken to preserve until next year for luck, making a wishе, and twig is thrown in water as though saying farewell to spring.
