Yesterday, the audience's favorite, legendary singer, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kharisov passed away. Farewell to the artist will take place today, November 18 at the Cultural Center "Saydash" at Kazan, st. N. Ershova, 57a (back yard) at 11.00.

Ravil Kharisov has been performing on stage for about 30 years. His repertoire included Russian, Tatar, Italian, Spanish, French, English, Portuguese songs. He was distinguished by a magnificent voice - from a low baritone to a lyric tenor - beautiful in timbre, the technical mobility of which allowed the singer to include vocal works of great complexity into his repertoire.
Kharisov's repertoire included more than 500 true works of song art, with which he repeatedly toured all the republics of the former USSR, the Baltic countries, was in Poland, Germany, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria.
In 1988, he was awarded the title "Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan" for his success in creativity, and in 1998, Ravil Kharisov became the People's Artist of the Republic. For the performance of songs from the times of the Great Patriotic War, General Govorkov, on behalf of all war veteran generals living in Tatarstan, awarded the singer with the honorary badge of a war veteran and military service of the Russian Federation.
Ravil Kharisov worked for 15 years in Moscow as a soloist in a pop orchestra under the direction of Anatoly Kroll and successfully performed on stage with Alla Pugacheva, Laima Vaikule, Sofia Rotaru, Larisa Dolina, Lev Leshchenko, Iosif Kobzon, in no way yielding to these singers in their skill and mastery winning the hearts of the public with its pronounced creative personality, which is based on natural talent, professionalism and skillful introduction of elements of national songwriting into art.
