The grand opening of the first regional forum "MKM: Youth. Culture. Management" (YCM)
Today, in the conference hall of the Regina Petrovsky hotel with participation of Minister of Culture of the Republic of TatarstanIradaAyupova, the opening of the forum "MKM: Youth Culture Management" was held, aimed at training coordinators of culture volunteers in cultural institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as formation of municipal departments in the Republic of Tatarstan.
“Volunteers are people with a real soul, they know how to love. This is the ability to make decisions not through a material lens, but through spirituality. The most important thing in you is that you like to live deliciously, you have an internal motivation to make the world around you better. I would like to see the balance of personality and society in your projects, answer the most important question: “How can I be useful and how can I change something?”,-noted IradaAyupova.
80 people gathered here, including more than 50 representatives from 20 municipal districts, as well as representatives of subordinate cultural institutions - "Kazan Kremlin", Tatkultresurscenter, National Museum, etc., Kazan theaters, conservatory, university of culture, theater and art school.
The project is being implemented within the framework of the Culture Volunteers program of the Creative People federal project of the Culture national project.
To work with participants, federal experts (Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Belgorod, Irkutsk) came to the forum on social design, management and volunteering in the field of culture, and the development of soft skills.
1) development of creative industries and creative platforms - projects that can be implemented on their basis;
2) cultural and educational projects for young people - to know more about high culture, about the traditional culture;
3) how to increase the influx of young people 18-25 years old and adolescent into cultural institutions, help in promoting the content of cultural institutions (as small influencers, through social networks).
It was these cases that were identified by Minister of Culture of the Republic of TatarstanIradaAyupova for the planning of projects.
The forum will run until October 26. On the final day, the pitching of the projects to be developed within the framework of the forum will take place.
