The government will prepare proposals for organizing the repair of children's art schools on the principle of co-financing. This was announced by the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky following the message of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly. The ceremony was attended by about 1.3 thousand people, including members of the Government of the Russian Federation, representatives of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, heads of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, the governor’s corps, chairmen of legislative assemblies of constituent entities of the Federation, heads of traditional faiths, public figures, heads of public chambers of the regions, heads of major media.
In his speech, Vladimir Putin said that the government and regional authorities should help clean up the premises where art schools for children are located. He also recalled that under the national project "Culture" allocated more than 8 billion rubles for equipment and musical instruments for children's art schools.
This year, as part of the national project "Culture", Tatarstan organizations of additional education will receive musical instruments totaling 106 million rubles (including from the federal budget - 61 703.0 thousand rubles, 44 681.5 - from the republican budget ) A large receipt of instruments in educational organizations in the field of culture took place in 2019, 63 of them received domestic pianos. This was made possible thanks to the joint program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Culture of Russia.
We remind that the national project "Culture" was developed in the framework of the presidential decree "On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024."
The national project “Culture” includes three federal projects: “Cultural Environment”, “Creative People” and “Digital Culture”. The curator of the national project is Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets, and head is the Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky.
