Miraculous icon “Inexhaustible Chalice” arrives in Kazan

From November  20 to  25 an Orthodox exhibition –  fair will take place at Kazan fair VDNKh where for the first time image of Mother of God “Inexhaustible Chalice” from Archbishop Vvedensky nunnery of Serpukhov town  will be  presented.

This, in very truth,  is a great Orthodox relic was found in  Serpukhov archbishop Vvedensky nunnery in year  1878.

This is an exact picture  «Signs of Mother of God». But the Infant God is depicted standing in Chalice. The Chalice with blessing the Infant Christ  – this is Chalice of Holy Communion. The Chalice is inexhaustible  since the Holy Lamb  is  «always  eatable but  endless». And Mother of God with her pure  hands upward like a powerful high priest requesting that this sacrifice –the Holy Chalice – to be accepted in Heaven Credence for sinful human race. And so there is no other the most true means  to acquire love and blessing from Mother of God as through communion of Holy Christ Mysteries.
