Finish of cinema festival - 2012 – start of cinema festival - 2013

VIII Kazan  international    festival  has finished      and new one  starts its work, and festival cinema  exposition only starts its work on the basis of cinema  «MIR» оthere opened a display with exhibits of Muslim  festival  «Star  Manuscript».  It lasted  about  two weeks. All can see    hand moulds  with autographs of the guests having come  to the festival. Entry for the visitors     to the cinema MIR  was free.

Cinema festival –is first of all  not  for  star guests or worthy films  This year  it was send for the international festival  over 300 films from 55 countries for VIII Kazan international    festival. Finally,   The jury has selected only 49 works (these are full-length feature movies  short-length, documentaries and animation   ) from 28 countries of the world. Among them  Azerbaijan ,Algeria , Bahrain. The UK, Venezuela, Germany, Zanzibar, Indi , Indonesia ,Jordan  , Italy,  Iraq ИIran , Kazakhstan Canada, Kyrgyzstan Luxemburg , Morocco, UAE, Poland, Russia  (including  Bashkortostan, Dagestan.

The  founders   of the festival  are RT Ministry of culture,     Religious board of Muslims of the European part of Russia and Mayor’s office of Kazan.
