New exhibition opens in Museum of natural history of Tatarstan

July 4, at 15.00, a new exhibition of minerals opens in Museum of natural history of Tatarstan.
The exhibits for display arrived in Kazan from funds of Ilmen museum reserve of Ural branch of Russian academy of sciences. This is the first visiting exhibition of one of the largest natural scientific museums of Russia, presenting about 130 samples.
Ilmen mountains since last attract the scientists and amateurs of stone. This is the unique geological object, the world fame to which was brought by a diversity of minerals. Richness of Ilmen mines amazed not one generation of Russian and foreign mineralogists .
