December 2-4, Kazan, a social action "Accessible Cinema" will be held

The action is aimed at introducing people with disabilities to the values of cinema, was organized with the support of the Directorate "Time of Cinema" on the initiative of the Republican Special Library for the Blind. This year the action in the republic is held for the sixth time and will change the place of holding. Film screenings will take place at the updated cinema hall of the Cultural-Leisure Complex named after V. I. Lenin at Kopylova 2 A. The hall is adapted for visiting people with limited mobility.

Within the framework of the campaign, inclusive non-commercial screenings of domestic films with tiflo-comments (voice-over descriptions of the speaker of visual elements: gestures, objects, costumes, scenery) for the visually impaired and with subtitles for persons with hearing disabilities will be organized. The audience will be presented films "Sawa. The heart of a warrior "," The Secret of Genghis Khan "," Vykrytasy ".

Films for shows are provided by the Living Heart Foundation (Moscow) and the Yakutsk Library for the Blind.
