Rustam Minnikhanov has appointed Irada Ayupova Minister of culture of Tatarstan

Minister of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan  Irada Ayupova appointed. The corresponding decree has been  signed by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

"To appoint Ayupova Irada khafizyanovna the Minister of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, freeing her from her previous job," - said in the text of the decree.

Until today Irada Ayupova held a position of the Chairman of the state Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on archival matters.

Reference: Irada Hafizyanovna was born in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. Graduated from Azerbaijan state oil Academy majoring in “engineer-mathematician”(1993), Tatar Institute of assistance to business on a speciality “lawyer” (2002), she received additional training in FGBOU VPO “Russian Academy of national economy and state service under the President of the Russian Federation” on the program “Specialist in state and municipal government — Master of Public Administration (MPA)” (2014).

From 1994 to 1998-software engineer of OAO "Nizhnekamskshina “(PH” Shinnik", ITC).

From 1998 to 2000-chief specialist of UKP "Nizhnekamsk commercial center".

From 2000 to 2004-head of Department, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for support of entrepreneurship of Kazan.

From 2004 to 2005-head of personnel Department of Kazan city administration.

From 2005 to 2006-Chairman of the Committee for support of entrepreneurship of Kazan.

From 2006 to 2008-head of the Department of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From 2008 to 2011-Deputy Minister of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From 2011 to 2015 - first Deputy Minister of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From 2015 to 2016-head of the main archival administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From May 2016 to May 3, 2018 — Chairman of the state Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on the archive matters.
