March 29, 2018 at 6 pm in the main building of the State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan, Karl Marx street, 64) "Music Thursday at the Belokaminy Hall" will be held. In the program of the evening: a story about the life and work of Ivan Shishkin and a vocal concert.
About the known and unknown pages of the life and work of Ivan Ivanovich Shishkin, not only one of the largest, but perhaps one of the most popular Russian landscape painters, will be told in the first section of the evening by senior research worker of the National Mseum of the RT Andrei Minaev. "The King of the Forest", "the wood hero-artist" - such epithets were awarded to Ivan Shishkin by contemporaries. The State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan has the largest, after the Tretyakov Gallery and the Russian Museum, a collection of paintings and drawings by I. I. Shishkin. The museum exhibits the best works by the artist.
In the second part of the evening - a long-awaited meeting with Julia Ziganshina and Alexei Gomazkov. An outstanding performer of romances, living out every song with sincerity and many nuances, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Yulia Ziganshina and poet, brilliant translator and entertainer, one of the best performers of Alexander Vertinsky's Alexei Gomazkov will present the program of Russian romances to guitar.
