Premiere of "Nabucco" opera will open the XXXVI Shalyapin Festival in Kazan

February 1 at the Tatar Academic State Theater after  M. Jalil   premiere of the opera "Nabucco" by G. Verdi will open the XXXVI International Festival. named after F.I. Shalyapin. The festival, dedicated to the 145th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding Russian singer, native of Kazan, will last until February 22. Within the framework of the forum, 10 performances and 2 gala concerts will take place. More than 50 invited singers and conductors from Russia, the USA, the CIS, Europe and Asia will take part in the forum, as well as soloists, orchestra, chorus, ballet, mime ensemble, students Kazan Choreographic School and Children's Choir "Delizia".
