The Tatar State Academic Theater named after G. Kamal has premiered a performance based on the story "Attyach mengyan chitangya" ("The cock flew on the fence"). The play was created on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the birth of the classic of Tatar prose and drama by Ayaz Gilyazov. Among the spectators who watched the performance, there were the Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin and his wife.
Ayaz Gilyazov explores a spiritual state of the Tatar village, emphasizing the peculiarity of national psychology and bitterly realizing that greed, envy, pursuit of material goods have penetrated into life villages, and the consciousness of its inhabitants. The work is based on real events. The plot is based on the relationship of the two families, which suddenly become sworn enemies.
According to the opinion of Kamal's theater lyricist Niyaz Iglamov, the stage version of the play was born during rehearsals. The director used for the first time the etude method. After several unsuccessful attempts to stage the story, it became clear that the juicy, sarcastic, wise language of the descriptions and authorial comments by Ayaz Gilyazov is eluding , is being lost, that the dialogues do not disclose all meanings and subtexts. Therefore, actors read (and play) the text "from the author".
Ramil Tukhvatullin, People's Artist of Tatarstan, embodied one of the main roles - the image of Salyakhtdin. In the performance, masters of the national theater - Ravil Sharafeev, Naila Garayeva, Illysia Tukhvatullina, Fanis Ziganshin, Firai Akbarova, etc. are involved.
The premiere performance was a great success. After the end, the basket with flowers on behalf of the republic's leadership was brought to the stage.
