Kachalov  theatre will become a participant of the festival "Biennale of Theater Art. Lessons of Directing ", which takes place in Moscow on October 12. October 27 at the New Stage Theater after Vakhtangov kachalovtsers  will play the premiere of last season, one of the best performances of the repertoire, the comedy   by N. V. Gogol's "Marriage" staged by Ilya Slavutsky.

"Biennale of Theater Art" is a new festival, the program of the first year of which is called "The Lessons of Directing." It is devoted to the work of young theater directors in Russia and consists of two parts: COMPETITIVE PROGRAM - 14 performances by  young directors from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Arkhangelsk , Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.The program of this large-scale forum, designed to present the best works by  young directors in Russia, performances of such Moscow theaters as the Fomenko Workshop, the Mayakovsky Theater, RAAM, Sovre the theater of Vakhtangov, the St. Petersburg Alexandrinsky, the Kozlov studio, the Vasilyevsky theater, and the master classes by  Valery Fokin, Lev Dodin, Sergei Zhenovach, Dmitry Krymov, Alexei Borodin, theatrical exhibitions, a review competition.

All the performances of the "Biennale of Theater Art: The Lessons of Directing" will be broadcast in cinemas in various cities of Russia.

The festival is realized by the charity fund "Cultural Seasons" in conjunction with the project "Theatrical Russia" with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
