The Ministry of Culture presents educational project "The Century of Tatarstan"

September 12 at 10.00  a presentation of the educational project "The Century of  Tatarstan"   at the  Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan (Pushkin Str., 66/33, 4th floor, conference hall) is expected.

The project is a 26-minute animated film created with the participation of Tatarstan schoolchildren and is implemented within the framework of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan "On celebrating the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic" and with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The project  has involved more than 30,000 schoolchildren between the ages of 7 and 15. In the schools of the republic of all  municipal regions, classes were held with well-known artists-animators. Visit  meetings  featured 3 lessons of 45 minutes: a lesson of patriotism and statehood "Towards the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatarstan", a lecture on the theory of animation, a practical lesson on the production of a "folk" cartoon.

As a result, 12 drawings from each municipal district of the republic formed the basis of the cartoon "The Century of Tatarstan".

In terms of the number of participants, the project became truly popular and entered the Book of Records of Russia as a cartoon, the creation of which received the greatest number of children.

The film was released in Tatar, Russian and English.

Representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and winners of the project are invited to the presentation of the project.

Within the framework of the event, RT  Deputy Minister  Guzel Sharipova speech, a premiere screening of the film "The Tatarstan's Century", the ceremony of awarding schoolchildren (winners of the project),  delivery of letters of thanks to the heads of municipal districts are scheduled.
