For Valorous Work

Today  First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elvira Kamalova,  has presented the Medal of the Republic of Tatarstan "For Valorous Work" to Emilia Agafonovna Balalykina, Doctor of Philology, Professor, member of the regional public organization "Russian National Cultural Association of the Republic of Tatarstan." The corresponding decree has been  signed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov   June   3, 2017.

"This should have happened much earlier, because your services are invaluable. Over fifty years of your life you gave to Kazan University, which became your native one. You  have   presented your creativity, your  intellect, your  culture to the university, "Elvira Kamalova stressed.
