November 2 - 5 in Kazan at the College of Music. The IV All-Russian competition "DOMRA PROFI JUNIOR"

All-Russian competition of performers on domra, in which about 70 soloists will participate, many ensembles from 17 cities of Russia (Moscow, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Cheboksary, Magnitogorsk, Orenburg, Kaluga, Penza, Novosibirsk, Ufa, October, Samara, Saratov, etc.). will be an important stage in the life of young musicians. The objective of the competition is: to develop and strengthen links between secondary  and higher education in the field of culture and art; identification of the most gifted and promising performers - pupils of children's music schools and art schools; their vocational guidance and preparation for admission to colleges and universities of culture and art; creation of a favorable creative and competitive atmosphere for students of secondary special educational institutions in order to stimulate their professional growth in performing on folk instruments.

 

Students of children's music schools and art schools, secondary special music schools, students of secondary special educational institutions, as well as teachers of the above educational organizations (full-time competition and video competition) can take part in the competition.

The founders of the competition are the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Kazan State Conservatory named  after  N. Zhiganov and the Kazan College of Music named after I. Aukhadeev, on the territory of which auditions will be held for 1, 2 rounds. Also, in the contest    Culture Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan and the Children's Music School No. 1 named after P.I. Tchaikovsky take part.

The jury consists of  to the leading teachers of higher and secondary professional educational organizations of the Russian Federation:

Tsygankov Alexander Andreevich - chairman of the jury, People's Artist of Russia, laureate of All-Russian and international competitions, Professor of the Russian Academy of Music  after Gnesins, a member of the Union of Composers of Russia, composer (Moscow)

Potapova Lyudmila Nikolaevna - Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Dean of the Faculty of Folk Instruments of the Kazan State Conservatory named after N.G. Zhiganov, professor, laureate of international competitions (Kazan)

Vasilieva Svetlana Vladimirovna - laureate of international competitions, associate professor of the Chair of Folk Instruments of the Ural State Conservatoire  named after  M.P. Mussorgsky (Yekaterinburg)
