Days of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan are held in Astana

Tatarstan delegation  participating  in the festive events is  headed by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin.

For citizens and guests, a rich program has  prepared. Its scientific part is presented by two round tables: "Intangible cultural heritage as a system of values ​​of modern world culture", "Development of cooperation of Kazakh - Tatar literature in the XXI century".   

Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Education, Culture, Science and National Affairs, the People's Poet, a laureate of G. Tukai award  Razil Valeyev; Professor, Doctor of Science, Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of KPFU Khatip Minnegulov: Chairman of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Tatarstan, playwright Danil Salikhov; People's poet, a laureate of the award named after G.Tukai  Nabir Gimatdinov; Director of the Republican Center for the Development of Traditional Culture Fanzil Zavgarov, Doctor of Sociological Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, Associate Professor, Head of the Center for Ethnology and Ethnography of the Institute of History named after Sh. Marjani of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnara Gabdrakhmanova  take part in the event from part of Tatarstan.

In the first half of the day Sabantui was held on the City Square of Astana. Within the framework of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, two expositions were opened: an exhibition of folk and art crafts, a photo exhibition "Modern Tatarstan". At these moments, at   the theater "ASTANA BALLET"  a concert of masters of arts of the Republic of Tatarstan is  being held.

Tomorrow, residents of the Kostanai region of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be able to participate in the main Tatar Sabantui holiday.
