Kazan will host a concert of stars of the world stage - a famous opera singer Albina Shagimuratova and the world-famous organist Rubin Abdullin. Musicians will perform on November 10 at the State Concert Hall named after Salikh Saidashev. The concert is held in the framework of «Organo pleno» International Festival.
The evening program will include organ and vocal works by Saint-Saens, Mozart, Franck, Brahms and Reubke. Not only a multifaceted sound of a magnificent instrument one might hear but a musical instrument, but its combination with a breathtaking coloratura soprano timbre of Shagimuratova, having the highest vocal skills.
The program will be present by PhD in Art History Yuri Karpov, according to Department of concert and creative work and international cooperation of the Kazan Conservatory
Albina Shagimuratova - People's Artist of Tatarstan, the soloist of the Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Musa Jalil, a winner of the I International Competition Prize P.I. Tchaikovsky (2007), the Republic of Tatarstan State Gabdulla Tukai state award, the Russian National Theatre Award "Golden Mask" in a category "Women's role in the opera" and music critics «Casta Diva» prize, a laurite of the International Contest of Vocalists named after Francisco Vinyas (Barcelona) and the International Competition for Young Opera Singers after M.I. Glinka (Chelyabinsk).
Rubin Abdullin - an outstanding performer and interpreter of organ music, the founder of the Kazan organ school, rector of the Kazan State Conservatory named after N.G. Zhiganov; People's Artist of Russia, People's Artist of Tatarstan, Honored Artist of Russia, professor.
For outstanding contribution to the development of musical art Rubin Abdullin was awarded the State Prize of the Russian Federation, the Republican M. Jalil Award l in the field of literature and art, the medal "In memory of Kazan 1000th anniversary" medal "For contribution to the heritage of the peoples of Russia", the Jubilee Medal of the International Union of Musicians, and others.
