November 30, on the eve of the All-Russia Decade of the Disabled People and the International Day of Disabled Persons with Disabilities the State Grand Concert Hall named after Salikh Saidash holds the festival "The Art of the Good." In the framework of their creative achievements represent people with disabilities.

The main mission of this large-scale action organizers see in contributing to the process of social rehabilitation of persons with disabilities through art and culture. Objectives of the forum include components such as the identification of the most gifted among them, promoting their creative growth, public assessment of their talent, commitment and hard work.

The festival, which will take place at the main academic music venue of the republic should become a true cultural marathon, combining several types of arts. In the foyer of GBKZ opens exhibition of art works "Transfiguration" by the authors of Tatarstan Anna Khachatryan, Vitaly Bulatov and Rima Khadieva, and the guest of honor of the festival from Armenia, the famous artist, wheelchair –invalid Vrezh Kirakosyan. Vrezh Kirakosyan - disabled since childhood. Grew up in a large problematic family in Yerevan. Despite all the problems, he has become an artist and writer, who recently had published his book, "My soul in style of nude", which will be presented at the festival “Art of the Good.”

A concert-portrait by a talented young composer, a student of the Russian Academy of Music after the Gnesins Adelia Faizullina to be performed at the Chamber Hall of GBKZ. The girl - visually impaired, a graduate of the Kazan Music college named after I. Aukhadeev. The laureate of international and national competitions, including the contest "Philanthropist". Her creativity will be presented as by eminent professional musicians so by young performers.

Within the project "The Art of the Good" a charity chess tournament "Melody of the game" with the participation of young disabled athletes and one of the famous Russia’s grandmasters will be held.

It is expected that a significant event in the framework of the festival will be opening of Round table dedicated to the creative realization of people with disabilities. It will be attended by representatives of the Office of the President, the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection, Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the republic, as well as educational and research institutions, NGOs, the media and other interested persons.

The festival "The Art of the Good" is to be over by a Gala concert, in which the talented artists with disabilities will perform - the ensemble of gesture singing "Wings", the ensemble "Ne-Za-Mi", the ensemble of guitarists "Pozitiv", the ensemble of spoon players  "Raduga and the duet "Behet" from the Laishevsky special (correctional) secondary school for the blind and visually impaired, a vocal ensemble of special (correctional) secondary school № 75 for the blind and visually impaired children in Naberezhnye Chelny, talented vocalists, instrumentalists, poets. The colleagues on the stage will be supported by professional masters of musical art of Tatarstan - Chamber Orchestra "New Music", the RT State Chamber Choir, RT State String Quartet, the singers Aigul Khismatullina and Vladimir Vasiliev, accordionist Almaz Akhmetzyanov guitarist Aynur Begutov and many others.

The initiators of the festival "Art of the Good" are the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Big Concert Hall named after Salikh Saidash(GBKZ).
