Irada Ayupova: The meaning of this pilot project is to determine the priorities most demanded by society

Today at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan the final meeting of the Public Council was held to review the results of the population survey and determine public goals and objectives for 2020. RT Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova took part in it.

We remind  that an open vote was held as part of a project to publicly formulate the goals and objectives of the executive bodies of state power and public control over their implementation. During the first stage, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan collected proposals from experts, industry professionals, in the most important areas and indicators of work in the near future. 20 goals were selected for online voting, which were selected by the Public Council. Over the course of a month, respondents selected offers from the list presented, and also offered their options. So, in the category "Custom"  267 answers were left. In total, 6,269 people voted for the priority tasks of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

“The meaning of this pilot project is to determine the priorities most demanded by  the society. Those 6,269 people who took part in the discussion of public priorities, which is 50% more than last year, expressed a desire to participate in the implementation of the state policy of the Republic of Tatarstan, including state support for certain areas, ”emphasized Irada Ayupova, Noting that this work will continue.

One of the key priorities of the past year was working with children and ensuring the accessibility of cultural institutions for family visits. The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan reminded that in order to realize this priority, since June 1 of this year, admission for students in all state museums of the Republic of Tatarstan has become free. As an example, she cited the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is experiencing a real boom of visits from children's groups today. In addition, it was decided to introduce a family ticket, as well as free visits to museums by all categories of the population every first Tuesday of the month.

Based on the results of open online voting, today at a meeting of the Public Council, experts of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan identified 7 most important areas and indicators of work for the next year, taking into account the views of the general public and the expert community that took part in the project.

The list of publicly formed goals for the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, proposed for adoption in 2020, is as follows:

To provide with computer equipment (laptops, interactive whiteboards) at least 10% of institutions of additional education (children's art schools, children's music schools, children's art schools).

To increase the number of events held free of charge for older people by 20% (from 196 to 245).

To ensure a share of electronic ticket sales to government cultural institutions at a level of at least 45%.

Conducting drawing lessons and master classes by modern artists in educational institutions, covering at least 100 schools in the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ensure the acquisition of municipal libraries with modern literature - at least 100 publications per library.

To ensure the share of domestic films in the total film distribution at the level of at least 41%.

An increase in the number of visits of state creative groups to municipal areas of the Republic of Tatarstan by 10%.
