The public formation of the goals and objectives of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2020 has begun

Today began the collection of proposals on priority areas of work of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan from experts, which will last 2 weeks.

The composition of the expert group was determined by the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. It included representatives of professional, academic communities and NGOs.

Received proposals will be considered by the public council under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. After that, an open online voting starts, which will take place on the “Residents Survey” service of the State Services portal of the Republic of Tatarstan. At this stage, Tatarstan people will be able to make a choice of published goals and objectives, and also offer their options within a month.

 

Based on the results of the survey, proposals will be selected on the goals and objectives that have won the most votes. Of these, at the final meeting of the public council under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, five to seven priorities of the ministry's work for 2020 will be determined. Everyone will be able to take part in the discussion, including representatives of the media.

Recall that a pilot project to publicly formulate the goals and objectives of the executive bodies of state power and public control over their implementation started in Tatarstan last year.

In total, 4,183 people took part in the selection of areas of work of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019. 20 goals were put up for open online voting, respondents suggested 158 of their own options. At the final meeting of the public council under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, seven priority tasks were identified that are being implemented this year.
