The Puppet Theater "Ekiat" has won two diplomas at the International Festival of Puppet Theaters "Perekrestok (Crossroads)" in Novosibirsk

The Puppet Theater "Ekiat"   has  won two diplomas at the International Perekrestok Puppet Theater Festival in Novosibirsk.

The diploma "The Best Actor " for the role of Prince Vano Pantiashvili in the play "Khanuma"   by A. Tsagareli  has been  awarded to the Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan - Dilyus Khuzyakhmetov. The diploma "For the best scenography" has been  received by   director, the winner of the National theatrical award "The Golden Mask" - Zakhar Davydov.

At the festival, Kazan kukolniki presented to the jury and spectators a performance for adults “Khanuma”, the Novosibirsk public warmly welcomed Kazan artists and did not let go of the stage for a long time with prolonged applause.

The festival was held in Novosibirsk from May 26 to June 1. Its participants were puppet groups from France, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Belarus and Russia. In total, 15 theaters from seven countries of the world gathered at it. During the festival, 16 productions of various forms, genres and age categories for 3.5 thousand spectators were presented.

The director of the performance “Khanuma” is the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Zinnurov, the art director is the winner of the national theatrical award “Golden Mask” Zakhar Davydov.
